1. Pickup Process

Once you schedule a pickup through our application, our delivery partner will be assigned to your location. You will receive a notification with the agent's details. Please ensure all items are placed in a disposable bag for the initial handover.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 48 to 72 hours from the time of pickup.
• Express Delivery: Guaranteed within 24 hours (Available at an additional ₹500).

3. Service Areas

Currently, Super Band Box operates in major metropolitan areas including Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. Free delivery is applicable on all orders above ₹500.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your pickup up to 2 hours before the scheduled time slot through your "My Orders" dashboard.
